Weather: Indoors/ ~25 degrees, Cold

Comments:
Another of those workout things. Little changeup today in the order of the workout. Shorter drills, but those got replaced by 8x30m accelerations. I think they're gonna be good in the long term, but right now, my flat footspeed isn't super high. Followed up with 5x400m, all getting quicker with each one. Ranged from starting at 76 and getting down to 68. Seemed right, I was hoping to maybe not up the pace with each one as quickly, so I could get more reps done, but whatever. There's time for that next week. Also worth mentioning, all of the quick stuff was in racing flats. Not used to it, but I think I like it. The flats definitely encourage me to stay up on my toes, and keep light on my feet. Only problem is that my calves are real sore now. But, worth.

Finished up with 4 miles outside. Not really easy, but certainly far from hard. I think the snow made pacing kind of weird.
