Exercise Type: Run

Workout: 3 sets of 4x400m, 100m jog in between each and 3 min rest between sets
first set averaged 84, second set averaged 82, 3rd set averaged 81
then one "fast" 400, although i didn't really try that hard to go super fast which i regret. lesson learned. it was 78, the first 400 in my last set was a 79 so yeah could have done a lot better lol.
overall this is the best workout i've had in a while, probably since the first workout back at school. I had a great attitude going in and was excited to run, told myself I could do it and did exactly that. It was awesome. Coach said I could run this pace for the 3k, and I sure do hope so. Just have to believe!
