Exercise Type: Weights

Maxed out on squats, max was 115 x 2
built up in sets of 2, then after max did 3 sets of 3 at 95 lbs
5x5 box jumps

4x8 db lunges each leg, 20 lbs in each hand
4x8 db bench press
abs

3x10 cs row
3x10 hamstring curl

pretty challenging day! proud that i squatted as much as i did, but would like to get quite a bit stronger. apparently my right glute shifts down when i squat because it doesn't want to fire. not sure why this is, but hopefully i can correct it.
