We all warmed up to A.U., did drills then Zeke and I, exiting via the Fletcher Gate took Loughboro to Macarthur to Reservoir to Glover all the way to Vanness to Wisconsin to Albemarle to Reno to Fessenden to Wisconsin again. I felt fantastic and am starting to feel stronger in the weight room as well. Despite the mud on Glover, we managed to hold our pace.
