Weather: outrageously nice: like sunny and 65
Comments:
CA picked me up at work, and we drove to 39th and Hilyard to run Baldy a few times. It's "go time" for her AND me, so we did some moderate-intensity uphills.
It was WARM, and warm + dry = allergies. I didn't feel shitty, but the HR was up again. Ugh.

Pretty controlled, but I was annoyed at how slow we had to go to keep it that low.
L ankle was REALLY cranky on the run back...til I realized it was simply the TAPE that was too tight. Felt better after taking it off in the last mile...and was pretty OK in the rest of the day.
PM: yoga, beer at T&G, and dinner at CA's: nice little routine. :-) Yoga was tough with that run fatigue.
