Comments:
Went to my first group class at the Mac today with Gabi and had a good time. The workout focused on doing interval exercises and it was fun getting to use some interesting workout equipment. But, sometimes felt like the extra equipment distracted from the plain goal of working hard (ie worrying that I'll miss the exercise ball when doing the squat exercise or falling off bosu ball for squats).
