Weather: Cold, but comparatively mild
Comments:
I had planned to leave practice at 5:20 to play with lab band at the basketball game, but with strength work (crunch progression for 30 seconds, 3x25 pushups) a 20-minute talk, and voting for MVP, I decided that if I was going to get any training out of today, I would just do the whole run and then show up for the second half. We did the Meredith Alexander Loop counterclockwise and having been rather cranky before was soon in a much better mood. I finally have my head right for tomorrow and am glad I won't have to ride the early morning bus.
