Really late

Long sprint crew. 800m warmup plus standard drills, no tech mech

5x (100hard, 90s rest, 200 @ +6, 90s rest, 100 hard, full recovery)

Targeted 31-32 for the 2's.

Splits: 13.70, 32.32, 13.93; 13.56, 31.78, 14.13; 13.63, 31.16, 14.81; 14.01, 31.12, 14.83, 14.49, 30.99, 14.15

Workout felt physiologically easier after the 4th 200, and I was more recovered 6 minutes into the last rest than I was 7:30 into the third one. If that's just my body being used to longer interval workouts, it's really encouraging for me trying to work my way back into shape for the 800. Hard workout though. After the second one I wasn't sure I was going to be able to finish.
