Weather: failed 4 mile run

Comments:
ITB rears its ugly head after a solid year of running. I experienced tightness during the 20 on Sunday and blame it on the XC course at Catamount. Too many tight turns, uneven terrain, etc (hey its XC). Chiro determined that orthotics are no longer performing and recast molds for new heavy duty orthotics. They're on rush, probably not going to be here until Tuesday. I cross-trained during the day and will be to be flexible for a few days to let it calm down.
