Lot of work to do tonight, so I figured I'd practice early again. Harrison suggested we do the long distance workout modified, which I think I'm ok with, since I'm not planning on competing for a while. Good to get a little extra base stuff still.

2x400, 1600, 1200, 800, 400.

Aimed for around 80 sec 400s, and kept that for the first two. Mile was about 5:33, not sure about the rest. 400 was 66 though. Felt dece, but my feet feel kind of blistered now.
