Exercise Type: Run
Weather: on and off rain, REALLY wet
Comments:
Ran with Callie Alice at lunch. I had a lot of energy and enthusiasm after the past weekend, but I was still tired and sore. AND my ankle was...shitty.
Ran from work, through PRE, on some new secret trails. I wore my road N2s, so I was slipping around like CRAZY on the soaked, pure-mud trails. From there, we ran behind Hendricks, then up and over past her old place.
Ankle was OK 'til about an hour in, then bugged me in multiple places: front shin, lower back heel, mid-achilles. UGH. Not cool.
Right leg was quite sore, too. Who knows? Maybe some of the stuff on the left is adjusting to more even running?
PM: yoga, then working on a bunch of stuff, including coaching things and my UR column.
