Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
The ankle was really bugging me after Wednesday, so I relented and went in the pool.
Had a GREAT workout! Did the following things:
- pool running (no flotation assist): great to work on hip mobility, ARCHING low back and arm swing
- leg swings + trunk rotation: good hamstring + nerve stretch
- bounds-hops: in the barely-touchable deep end, bounding "long & short" up and down
Great session, and I felt really loose!
Issue: in the PM, I had some significant allergy: itchy and REALLY TIRED from the chlorine. Sheesh. NOT good for the drive down, since after 10PM I could barely stay awake!
Didn't hit the road til nearly six, so we didn't get to Roseville til after 2! Ugh! I was SO tired I had to sleep from Williams, on, and have CA drive.
