Same deal as last week, early, and fast workout. Mercifully, the middle of the workout bounds got changed to strides. Not sure it's much better. My legs felt super dead by the time we got to the end of the workout. Only could do the last rep as a 200, not a 400. Not real good, but that's part of getting stronger I suppose.
