Comments:
Nice afternoon gym session. Very empty today which was nice. Got right into it, I ate lunch a little earlier so my stomach felt fine. Cut down pace again it was tough at points but I felt comfortable by the end. Got up to 10.5 mph. Ankle felt fine from the beginning today as well. Finished up with a mile on the track, which was ok. We were going clockwise again today. Pretty standard workout and it felt really good. I was doing data all morning so it was a nicely timed break.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Fine stretch and L7. The spot with the rollers was really crowded so I stretched on the other end. Weights werent that busy today actually as well, its been a while since I lifted. Legs and ankles felt pretty good afterward.
