Comments:
Went to AU to watch and assist time trials, did a spontaneous 400m, did some laps with Sahil then ran back to school with coach and company. He and I then extended and I vented my issues to him. I write this Friday night and did 1:45 planks, 60 push-ups (35,25), 20 plank leg lifts and 20 calf raises.
I had been loving the way the season was going, especially the high mileage training, but everything seemed to go wrong after that 3200m at Prep. Suddenly I convinced myself I wasn't in shape and not a good track runner. Looking forward to the spring, I think I have to COMPLETELY let go of my worries about times if I am going to get anywhere.
