Exhausted and awardless from NAIMUN, I took a nap then headed over to WGCC, aiming for 45 minutes, but having to settle for 40 because they closed the gym. At the 19-minute mark, I still did 3x3-minutes "uncomfortable" with equal recovery to maintain quality. 1-minute six", scissors, flutters 20 clams, 3x30 pushups.
