Finally, great weather to run in. I used the heel lift on the lowest setting for the first time today. I can't say that it made the pain in my left shin go away. I've now targeted the source of the pain to be the tendon band that wraps around the lower ankle. This must all have started when I rolled my ankle badly 2 months ago. Now... how do I get rid of it?
