Comments:
I set out at 3:22 and took Country Club hills to Glebe to Lee to Military to Pollard to Roberts. At 13:40, I started counting my steps in time, because I read on IAAF.org that some high-level runners use metronomes to perfect their cadences. I counted 3592 steps, or 898 measures of 4/4 time, about 97 steps per minute. Distance running is fun.
