Comments:
ran on the treadmill. 1.0 incline, first 4 miles where at 7.8 (7:41 pace) after that slowly increased, last mile and a half at 7:24 pace, would say the average was around 7:35
Felt good for the run, my shins were bothering me at times but nothing crazy. my right hamstring behind my knee was really bothering me for the last half mile but it feels fine now
