Warmed-up and stretched, then I did one 800 in 2:32. Then I went over and tried the curved treadmill thing and that was really hard. I ran for 2 minutes then walked for 1 then repeated for 14 minutes. It was a good workout. For the most part I ran at around 8-9mph. Then I biked
