Back to the usual Tuesday.
10x30m sprints, 4x50m bounds, then 5x400m, picking it up the whole way.
Went well enough, started out around 73/74ish, then brought it down pretty evenly to around 67. Didn't get caught up with the group and end up off my pace, which was good. My hips are feeling pretty sore though. I think that came from the bounds. Still feeling good overall though, so hopefully I'll stay healthy.
