On a kind of trying day, survived the workout despite drinking a protein shake like two hours prior. If you're reading this, I highly recommend not doing that if given the choice.

5x (1-2-1) same idea as last week.

Splits: 14.17, 32.18, 14.60; 13.57, 31.56, 14.32; 13.21, 31.66, 15.55; 13.80, 32.03, 15.87; 14.41, 33.29, 14.67

Definitely slower than last week. Felt like I needed to puke the whole time which did not help.
