I was planning on bringing back my Thursday double, but my ankle was bothering me in the same place as when I had to miss a couple days a month ago, so I decided to elliptical instead. I am concerned now because it seems like my ankle pops up as an issue every week on Thursday or Friday to a varying degree and it was worse than normal today. I will say that I am not really worried and would be able to race in my current state, but I am concerned.
