Comments:
Ran with second hardest group because my cold was starting to come back from previous days and I was feeling pretty bad, but I led my group the entire time. Workout was about 4.5 miles. Time was 35 minutes. Ran 10 minute easy, 15 minute hard, and another 10 minute cooldown.
