Weather: high 50s, nice!

Biked again at lunch. The achilles feels WAYYY better, but I wanted to rest it more.

I was TIRED in the muscles from the pool and biking, so while the HR was low, the legs were heavy. Pushed twice on the ride, both for about 7min each: up Chambers hill and up Gimpl hill, separated by about 40min of biking.

Sometime around today it really hit me...I'm not ready for the residency. I'm not ready to give up on my running! I know this education is something I need, but, I feel like the clock that's ticking loudest is my competitive career - not PT. So I think I'm just gonna do EPT, full time (or 36 hours)...and then maybe just do some shadowing with Mike.

PM: chilled out alone, which was nice. Callie came by later to say hi, but otherwise an "old school solo night".
