Stretched and then ran 15 miles. The treadmill times out at 13 though so then I have to stop and start and it gets me off rhythm and made the last 2 suck even more. I ate an energy gummy thing at 8 miles in, and then every mile starting at 10 since there were 6 total in the pack.
