last hard workout before indoor, was exactly the confidence boost i needed. a month and a half ago i remember coach wanting me to hit 3:35 for 1k repeats and it was the hardest workout ever. this wasn't even that hard and i did it all alone. just gotta trust the training. if i do, the results and the times will take care of themselves
