Comments:
Today may have been one of the most anticlimactic first spring track practices ever. Long talk from Coach, followed by Spring Valley loop extended with Zeke, Sahil, Jackson, Theo and freshman Matt and Tristan for the beginning. My legs felt quite heavy and I have certainly not come into this feeling bouncy and fresh. 1:45 planks with good form, Tristan's criticisms notwithstanding, leg lifts, 30 pushups.
