Good morning at work, then some stuff, then a bike ride. The achilles was not good, so I went for a ride. Beautiful day.

Pretty easy ride except two hard pushes: up Chambers and up Gimpl, each about 7min of threshold.

Decided against yoga afterward. Ran a bunch of errands, instead. Ho-hum...
