Comments:
45-second planks, 20 leg lifts, 2x30 pushups then I went with several boys distance runners and Coach along Wisconsin and nearby neighborhoods to the CCT to Mass to Brandywine to school. The pace built a little bit, but overall I still felt good. I am quite nervous about starting speed workouts next week. Enjoyed the sports banquet as usual and--I know we've all said it a million times--will sorely miss having Aidan on my team.
