Treadmill powerhike

Comments:
Treadmill powerhiked at work: 15% grade, between 3.7 and 4.0mph. Got booted 12 minutes in (patient use), so I did some weights:

- deadlift
- abs
- bicep curls

Then resumed walking for another 18 minutes. No achilles issues.
