Rec Center Lift

Got there kinda on the early side but it was still pretty busy. Shed my layers then hit the free weights for the first time in awhile. It was kinda odd to get back into it. Workout was

3 sets of;
Standing DB Shoulder Press x15 (20 lbs)
Bench Dips x15
Standing DB Front Shoulder Raise x10 (20 lbs)
PBDKLBDLKB x10 (20 lbs)

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (50 lbs)

Upper body felt pretty good actually. Wasnt too much that I was struggling, good to worko back into it. Wanted more out of the deadlifts though.

Briefly weighed myself on the way out of the gym, was around 159-160. I had on all my clothed though and I have no idea how much that weighs. Probably wont count calories at APS but will start back afterwards. A weigh in will be nice to compare with. Feeling more in shape lately anyways which is great.
