3k in 10:32 - terrible race, gave up from the beginning. calves were sore but that is no excuse. should have gone to the front, instead was content with mediocrity and settled into the back. very upset with myself. never want to let myself d othis again. i want to be a champion, not a name no one remembers at the bottom of a results sheet. i want to stand on the podium. i want to prove everyone wrong.
