Comments:
Quick jog to David's place and back. Talked UAA track. Better traction than last week though still snowy. Felt like high 6 or low 7 minute pace, probably like 7:20. Gonna hit at least 15 this coming week. Also gonna have to start working out early; I suspect fluids will start taking the full class time and I won't have track access afterward.
Shout out to those who competed at UAA's this weekend.
