Works great for a short workout.

Made this one up as I went.

200 hard, 3:00r, 100 hard, 3:00r, 200 pace target 35, 2:00r, 200 pace target 35

26.58, 13.18, 13.23; 34.40, 32.74

Treating the first 3 intervals as a broken 400, I went 52.99. Not great but I have time to bring aerobic recovery/ tempo work in.

Also, it might be time for new spikes.
