30 seconds rest in between.

Good workout. First time in ages that I've done intervals and really felt like a distance runner. Came in wanting to go under 5 for each, managed to do it for all except the setting-the-pace first interval. By the second interval I already felt like I had more or less used up my tank, and I felt myself slowing down on the 3rd interval but was glad to keep it under 5; I thought I would throw in the towel for the fourth interval but managed to pick up the pace (and without even kicking at the end), so I feel good about that.
