Comments:
Zeke and I ran the Satellite loop pushing the hills starting with Tristan who had to leave us after 1.5 miles. I felt strong for most of it, except the ascent of Fessenden. We then extended for 25 minutes at a decent pace (Wisconsin, Western, Chesapeake, around the block). Back inside, I filled a spot for the sprinters' final two repeats which were enjoyable. Eustice led some ab work at the beginning of practice and I later did 1:15 six", flutters, scissors, 2x20 supermen, 20 clams, 20 calf raises.
