Comments:
On Tracy's treadmill at 2:15pm--I ran the first 15 minutes at 8.1, the next at 8.3 and the next at 8.5 and the remaining 2:11 at 8.7. I was focused and did not fool myself into thinking I was tired, which I sometimes do on treadmills. 1:45 planks, leg lifts, 35 pushups.
