Comments:
Finally made it out to Running Club! I've been pretty slammed this week with midterms, papers, makeup shifts, FOP stuff etc etc. So, I haven't been able to find time to run. But, today was awesome! Got out and had a decent workout despite minimal sleep in the past week. I felt satisfied with my level of effort, especially on the 2nd and 3rd repeats. Before, also did 50 squats and crunch progression (45sec).
