Comments:
Got two hours of sleep last night because I couldn't fall asleep. Was going to wake up to run before class, but I woke up and literally didn't know where i was/freaking out, so I didn't get out of bed.
Waited around until 6 to run with the Germans. It was either a 16km Dauerlauf in the forest or some 200s on the track. Someone asked me to run 200s with him, because he is racing a 1500m on Monday so I joined him. I actually felt really good and ran most of the 10x200s in around 29-30s, so it was a good workout. Good to get in touch with speed a little every week or so, so this was a good day, even if it was short. Will make up for it this weekend. It was still really hot on the track.
