Comments:
Good run, though the 6 beers the night before made my stomach a bit iffy. Thought I might have to make an emergency pit stop a couple of times. Feet are pretty sore, and the "shin splint" pain persisted throughout much, though not all, of the run.

Stashed a gatorade at mile 6.
