AM Sheldon Track Session

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s, slight S breeze

Comments:
Up at 0500 - forgot to set alarm, so that was lucky. Out the door by 0525, to the track at 0535 and toeing the line just after 0600. Legs felt pretty good on the warm-up, which was good. Wore the Red Nimbuseseses for the whole session.

The plan was 4xK again. Did 3:

1:17, 36, 1:16 = 3:09
1:16, 37, 1:16 = 3:09
1:16, 36, 1:16 = 3:08

Felt VERY EASY and overall VERY RELAXED. Focused on relaxation in the upper body, which slowed me just a tad, but I'm more pleased with how EASY they felt, than how fast.

Legs were getting heavy on the 3rd so, given this week's load, I cut it after 3. Did a few laps on the track, then the usual cooldown.

Not a whole lot of chow last night/this AM so I was BONKY on the cooldown, but otherwise good session! Man, it's fun to be getting fit!!!
