Comments:
Another Sheldon Pool run, this time the majority of it was shallow water running: side to side in chest deep (+ or -) water. Felt pretty good, very little soreness. A little nutty in there after 2pm when the kiddos come in!
PM: Yoga. Took some pics for my iRF column on yoga (coming up in a couple months)
