Comments:
Got to fit in a quick run this afternoon. Ran right after I got back from picking the recruit up at Williams. Needed it after an afternoon of driving. Started out at a quick pace just burning off everything. Went over to the track, up to Rt 9, then down along campus to the backside and back home. Just ran on adrenaline and stress today. I needed to fit it in quickly so I could get ready for recruitment dinner. Nice weather out felt springy, but not fully there. In limbo between winter and spring.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a quick stretch and clean up. Legs are sore but I didnt get to run much the past few days and I have had long busy days, so its understandable. Felt good to get them moving today though.
