I did not forget how to do a track workout! It had been on my mind all day in that mix of excitement and dread preceding track workouts. AU 1200m, 800m, 3x400m with Jackson and 400m recovery. Originally, I would follow the second 4 with 2x200m, but changed the plan because of my right hamstring which loosened up well as the workout went on. I had a lot of fun and found a nice zone, feeling quite receptive to team cheering. Nobody timed my first 400m. What relief.
