Amity-Orchard Hill Loop

Plan was to run with Cromer today after lunch. He wasn't feeling it so I went with Patrick. Had no idea he was getting way into running. Turned out to be an awesome run. We started at the gym went down to Amity then came up Pleasant on the backside of Orchard Hill and came down around the campus loop back to the gym. A classic 5 miler from back in my summer days. It was really nice out today as well. Sunny and a little chilly. We kept the pace pretty easy but I guess Pat can pick it up if he wants to. I actually felt great today especially compared to on Sunday. Always great to run with someone. Town was so quiet and deserted today as a result of spring break.

Essentials: stretch, roll

Gym was sparse and we got right into a nice stretch upstairs. Got on the roller and that felt pretty good. ITs weren't necessarily tight but it's always nice to work them. Pat is looking to do a few runs like this a week and now that he weather is nice I am totally excited for that.
