Comments:
I experimented by doing strength work before the run: 1:15 six inches, flutters, scissors, clams, 30 lunges, calf raises, pushups (40, 25). I then did an out and back on Glebe with an extension to Pollard at the end, rather angry with the wind in my face the whole way back; but I kept my cool and it turned out to be a good run. Eight striders.
