Weather: A tad chilly, wind as usual
Comments:
I felt as though I had to grind out the run today; I thought I had discovered a new route, but in fact had found a mere 300m of 26th street I don't normally run on. From there I went on an unexciting, unduly hilly route, more tired from the pool than I was willing to admit. 25 Peter Silverman mountain climbers, 12 one leg squats per leg, 30 supermen, 4 minute prone plank STA style.
