Pushing Dinner Plans Back

Memorial Park: loop, partial loop from pool to N Picnic

Sleep: 6 hr. Got out of work a half hour later than planned but was able to push dinner plans back 30 minutes to fit this run in, felt okay, first lap in 20:25, plenty of people out in this nice weather, stretch, core & pushups.
