did ATB. felt good.
only problem i have been having is my hamstring is continually bothering me. i didnt feel it during my run but i can feel it before and after. Linda showed me some strength exercises and i showed them to meg she said they were good. i rolled out and went in the ice bath but i can still feel it.
did strides and half mile after the run
